We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in the original packaging (except apparels). Apparels are subject to a 50% restocking fee if return within 7 business days. Not valid on sale items or customized pieces.

Please ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. It is not necessary to send back gift boxes or catalogs.

How to Return: 
Please print and fill out the return form and send in with your merchandise. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus shipping expenses.

Please print and fill out the exchange form and send in with your merchandise. If approved, we will ship out your exchange in the method you chose on the form.
