FAQ

* When would get an answer from my email question?

   All email inquiry would be answered within 24 to 48 hours.

* Why couldn't I add an item into my shopping cart?

  The reason is that particular size or color for the item has been sold out already.

 

 

Shipping information

* Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

* If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

* You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Signature is required upon arrival.

* International buyer please contact support@enchantressco.com for assistance on shipping rate to your country.

Return Policy

Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund minus a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee.

Sale merchandise & dresses are final sale. No exception will be allowed under any circumstance.

U.S. return policy

You may return www.enchantressco.com purchases by mailing it to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refundable for any return item, no exception under any circumstance.


Return or exchange an www.enchantressco.com purchase by mail



1.    Please include your return authorization(RA) form in the return package.

2.    Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the return authorization form.

3.    For returns, the original credit card or paypal account will be credited.

4.    For exchanges, please email support@enchantressco.com for arrangement.

5.    Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. It is extremely important to include the return authorization form. Any return package without the return authorization form will be return back to the sender.


We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. www.enchantressco.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.


Return status
Returns mailed to www.enchantressco.com may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
